A 24 year old male presented with
- Severe headache since 10 days
- Projectile vomiting
- Blurring of vision
- Difficulty in walking
- The CT scan and MRI of the brain showed a tumour in the 4th ventricle of the brain attached to the brainstem. The brain stem is a very delicate and vital part of the brain which controls important function like control of respiration and heart.Any damage to it can result in instant death.
- The tumour was removed completely and patient had no neuro deficit.
