A 65 year old female had gradually progressive weakness in all 4 limbs .she was unable to walk
MRI of cervical spine showed cervical spondylosis with severe compression of the spinal cord
The patient was operated and 3 level discecetomy done with fusion using titanium cages
She Is now able to walk independently
