- re troperative neuralgia on the right side of his face
- Mild facial palsy on right
- Inability to walk
On examination:
- Decreased sensations along distribution of the right trigeminal nerve (right side of the face)
- He had weakness in all 4 limbs
- Reflexes were brisk with bilateral up going plantar jerks
- MRI BRAIN SHOWED a large epidermoid tumour in the posterior fossa and the middle fossa of brain.
