re troperative neuralgia on the right side of his face
Mild facial palsy on right
Inability to walk
On examination:
Decreased sensations along distribution of the right trigeminal nerve (right side of the face)
He had weakness in all 4 limbs
Reflexes were brisk with bilateral up going plantar jerks
MRI BRAIN SHOWED a large epidermoid tumour in the posterior fossa and the middle fossa of brain.
