A 40 year old male presented with 15 day history of
- Headache.
- Double vision.
- Blurring of vision.
On examination:
- Bitemporal hemianopia (decreased vision on the sides).
- Left lateral rectus palsy (inabity to look left side with left eye) with new squint.
- Decreased vision in both eyes.
MRI brain showed a tumour in the region of pituitary gland along with invasion of the cavernous sinus.
The patient had an immediate improvement in the vision. The squint has resolved completely.
